Take some time today and write a list of all the factors that are involved in your life; the people, the places, the things. On this list,check off the items that are most important and write down the reasons why next to those items.
Now look at your list. Which are necessary? Can you rank them by their importance? Can you identify the ones which have caused the most problems and stress? Can you change any of them right now? Tomorrow? Next week? Month? Year?
Ok. Now you have the beginning. Something on your list can be changed right now. Some tomorrow, some next week and others in the following months which will lead to you have better control and ultimately a better life.
